His exposure to tooling, die casting operations, and shop floor problem solving shaped a deep practical understanding of manufacturing and instilled the confidence to build an organization of his own. With limited resources but absolute conviction, he left his position and rented a small shed where the Deccan story began. In those early years, he built his first die casting machine entirely from scratch. This manually operated unit featured hydraulic injection and stood as a powerful symbol of both his ingenuity and his absolute refusal to accept limitations.
In the late nineteen seventies, his younger brother, Mr. G. Radhakrishnan, joined the organization, bringing structured operational discipline and strong technical insight. Together, the two founders combined practical engineering expertise with an unwavering commitment to manufacturing excellence. They steadily shaped Deccan into a highly trusted die casting partner across both domestic Indian and international markets.
Today, Mr. N. Anand, Director of Deccan Die Castings and son of Mr. G. Nagarajan, plays a pivotal role in leading the organization forward. He drives an ambitious strategy to expand the global footprint of Deccan while staying deeply true to its foundational roots.
