Our metrology infrastructure serves as the fundamental foundation for dimensional and geometric accuracy.
We achieve micron level repeatability on complex profiles using two high accuracy ZEISS CMMs. This is complemented by our Nikon Video Measuring Machine, which provides high resolution, non-contact optical inspection for intricate components.
Our advanced Spectro Analyzer confirms the precise chemical composition of every melt, ensuring total batch traceability and compliance with international standards. A dedicated Load and Stress Testing setup provides essential mechanical proof of performance, validating structural strength against operational impacts.
We verify the strength of die alloy steel using a Digital Hardness Testing System. Simultaneously, the Taylor Hobson Surface Roughness Tester ensures every finished cast or machined surface meets exact texture specifications.
We maintain total internal control over process stability, surface performance, and long term durability verification.
We validate powder coated and painted components for environmental resistance using our Neutral Salt Spray Chamber. Adhesion strength and film thickness are verified using the Fischer DFT Measurement System and Cross Hatch Adhesion testing.
Our fully equipped Chemical Laboratory monitors pre treatment baths to guarantee a stable chemical balance. Furthermore, we utilize a Testo Thermal Imaging Camera to identify precise die temperature variations and hotspots, allowing us to optimize casting cycles for maximum yield.
We operate under ISO 9001 certified systems. All essential quality instruments are calibrated at strictly defined intervals to ensure full traceability and absolute accuracy across every production shift.
